About Harmony's Piano Lessons
Piano Teacher
My name is Harmony Rose. I am a seasoned musician who enjoys enriching children's lives with music. I focus on creating a supportive and fun learning experience for children aged 5-12. I decided to design an in-home experience knowing how it is for a parent that has to run their kids everywhere to after school activities.
BIO
I received my fine arts degree in 1998 focusing on piano and composition and gave children's piano lessons at that time. After this I became a nurse and was in the nursing field for 15 years. I have now returned to my lifelong love of music.
I have two grown daughters and one grandbaby and love going on walks in the woods, singing in choir, cooking, painting and I write music for TV placement.

Free meet and greet in downtown Florence prior to first lesson.
DETAILS
For ages 5-8 I recommend 30 minute lessons once a week : $110/ month
Designed for the attention span of youngest learners to understand the fundamentals of piano playing, explore rhythm and learn to read music.
Students advance in level at their own pace.
Children 9 and up I recommend a 45 minute lesson weekly: $130/ month
Designed for young learners to start or increase their knowledge of piano fundamentals, build confidence, increase musicality and progress at their own pace.
All students must have a piano or keyboard in their home and a quiet environment for learning.
All students must live in Florence, Muscle Shoals, Sheffield or Tuscumbia.
If student's home is more than 20 minutes from downtown Florence, there will be an additional monthly $20 fee.
Music books are for purchase in addition to lesson fees.
There is no refund for missed lessons.
